Hi all,
I need to create a timeline in excel with the following available data:
Location
Date / Time
Equipment
Equipment Activity
Activity Duration
I have created a 24hr timeline for every location in 5min interval
(using excel cells) showing what equipment was used in each location an
the duration of every equipment activity. I have used colour formatin
and a custom made legend to represent each activity (See attache
example, sorry for the poor picture quality, but the timetable for th
different activities and the legend is visible). I want to create
timetable to show a weeks worth of data.
The file will be 80Mb - 100Mb if I was to do a weeks worth of data fo
each location and will become unmanageable. Is there a way to use a
XY-Scatter graph or any other graph to create these weekly timelines? I
there another function in Excel I can use?
Any help would be appreciated.
