Creating a Transfer Text Macro to export from a select query

I am trying to export to a delimited text file using the
Transfer Text command within macros. I have created an
export specification and the appropriate select query.
When I set the macro up and run it, I get an error that
the database or object is read only. I can do an export
if I right click on the query and choose export but the
macro will not work. Where am I going wrong?
