creating a variable with values from multiple rows

I am creating a system that will send customer reports via email.
Each customer can receive any of 4 reports.
Some customers have more than one individual that receives 1 or more of the
reports.
I can generate a query of the individuals and their e-mail addresses for
each report.
How can I create one variable (or field) with all the e-mail addresses for a
particular customer/report combination?
