Creating an administrative install of Office 2000, where i want it!

Hello!
I want to create an installation point of Office 2000
professional, disk one. If i run setup /a, it simply
installs everything to the root of my c:, never prompts me
for company name, where i wanna install to, etc.

How do i get these questions to be prompted?
I'm installing it on another computer - can i just point
the installer to a location on that computer, or does it
need to be run locally from that computeR?
