Creating an Automated Master Presentation

I have numerous product knowledge training presentations that require
customization specific to each individual customer training session. Is there
a way to combine all of the presentations into one master...then, automate
selection of only the sections/topics needed each time and have it create a
customized presentation with only those sections/topics?

For example, a master where I can select the specific slides for oils and
lotions in the Aromatherapy PPT and the specific color sldie for eye pillows
in the Herbal Ease PPT from a master...and when all specific selections have
been made, they are combined into one customized PPT that can be saved as a
separate PPT for that custom training?

Manually adding and deleting for each training has become incredibly
cumbersome...I am thinking there must be some way to automate the process.
Suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Thank you

I can not use this feature unless I can change the names of each individual
slide...otherwise, all 120 slides appear as Slide 1, Slide 2, etc. Do you
know how to change the individual slide names? I have been searching for an
answer in the Internet to no avail.

Thank you

Unfortunately, the Custom Slide show editor is very primitive (one of
my biggest beefs with PowerPoint). If you have text in the Title
placeholder for the slide, that is what will be showing in the list
when you set up the Custom Show. If you are seeing 'Slide 1', 'Slide
2', etc. it means that you probably are not using the Title
placeholder, or do not have text entered into it. It would be nice if
there was a way to create a Custom Show from selected slides, but
currently I do not believe that is possible. perhaps in the 2010
version they will update this function.
