Creating and Moving MBE Files.

I still have not had an answer to this, anyone with any ideas?

I create an MBE in Folder A, it works in folder A, it works when I double
click on it. if I move it to Folder B, it will not launch when double clicked
on, it will only run when I use Access to open it as a file.

If I create the file in Folder B, it works, I can double click on it I can
do what I like, I move it to Folder A, and it will not run unless selected
open file from within access, no double click or anything.

Any MBE I create will only work from within the Folder that I create it, it
will not allow me to Move/Copy it to another location.

All this done as Admin, all permissions for the file will allow me to run
it, but when I move the file it will not run any more unless selected through
access.

Is there any option that I might have missed when creating the MBE that
makes it include a Path or something so when I try and run it from another
location it will not work?
