She creates the appointment normally. The problem is in the Start Time. She
will set the appointment for a future date. Upon saving the appointment, the
end time remains in tact but the start time is changed to the current time
the appoint is created. I have accessed her email on my PC and have realized
the same problem.

Define "normally."

Normally could be double clicking in the calendar, right-clicking in the
calendar and selecting New Appointment, using File->New->Appointment,
clicking on the Appointment icon in the standard toolbar, control+n in the
calendar folder, control+shift+a in any folder, etc.

Does it matter which way she does it? Is the outcome different? I myself
tried it both from Ctrl+N and by clicking on the toolbar icon. Same issue
occured both ways.

If you don't want to answer my question, then no, I guess it doesn't
matter... to me.

I was not trying to be rude, I am actually asking. Does the way a user
initiates an appointment affect the outcome? She is still having the
problem. I have now tried Ctrl-N, icon, File>New, and clicking in the
calendar....all with the same result.
