My problem is similar to Marla's; I try to open an e-
mail attachment and I get the following message: "This
file does not have a program associated with it for
performing this action. Create an association in the
Folder Options control panel." When I try to open the
Folder Options to try to create an association (which has
a red check mark on it), it gives me the same message.
What do I do ?
