Just needing some help - how do I create a back-up disk/cd for windows/office
xp?

Do you want to back up your Web Site? If this is not frontpage related, please
use a Windows newgroup to ask if this is a general question, such as
alt.os.windows-xp or alt.windows-XP - it seems to not have anything to do with
Web Sites and Frontpage.

However, you need cd burning software and cd-burner drive. Collate the files you
want to back up and copy them to the cd using the burner's software such as Nero
Burning Rom or whatever came with your drive (usually there is a 'bundled'
software application).

In XP I presume you know about the drag 'n' drop operation for hard drive to CD -
so it may be as simple as that.

Easier way is just to select all your *.doc (word) *.xls(excel) *.ppt
(Powerpoint) and *.mdb (access) files and copy and paste them to floppy disk, or
zip disk.
