Creating Contigous Range from two ranges

I have two ranges:
$A$1 and $A$10

How do I bring them together to become a contiguous range. Union will create:

A1, A10

I want A1:A10.

Try

Set myrange = Range("A1:A10")

Yeah thats it. I got my wires crossed and assumed it was more difficult than
that.
