Creating Custom Autoshape

I use the DRAW feature in Word extensively. With lots of practice, I have
been able to create some very complex drawings in WORD. Now I would like to
find out if it is possible to create custom AUTOSHAPES. I have create some
complex shapes be combine the simpler shapes however at times I want to
change or reshape a single feature of a complex combination and each time I
have to ungroup, make the change and regroup. If I can create my own shapes,
I could include the "yellow" button to reshape.

Any thoughts? Anyone done this?
