Creating diagrams in word

I would not try and do it in Word; Excel would be a better choice.

You will not find it easy because your arrows would need to be connectors,
and Word doesn't offer two connection points on a side.

Okay so does anyone have a clue on how to do it? You've all said to use excel
or it can't be done in word, but that's not helping me figure out how?

It would perhaps be a little easier in Publisher, but it 's the sort of
thing that's best done in Visio or a drawing program.
