Creating distribution list from a message

I will sometimes receive a message with a number of people listed in
the “To” field. If I right click on one of the names I can add that
addressee to a new contact. Is there a way to add the entire list to
a distribution list, either new or existing, without doing it one by
one?

Not without a third-party tool.
