Creating distribution list with a copy to and blind copy to

I would like to be able to add names in the "Copy" and "Blind Copy" areas of
the address when creating a distribution list. Is this possible?

No, Outlook doesn't support that. Create two separate lists.

No, since a DL is just a list of addresses. There's nothing in a DL that
presupposes how you are going to use that list. With Outlook 2003, however,
it's possible to put a DL in a recipient field, expand the list, and drag
selected addresses from the field where you placed them to another recipient
field. Thus, you couls put the DL in the Cc field, expand it, and drag the
addresses of certain individuals down to the Bcc field.
