Creating Dropdown in forms and User ID

How do you create dropdown menus in Forms? Also, how do you create user ID's
and passwords to get into Access? thanks

What do you want the "dropdown menu" to do? A Combo Box is a dropdown which
allows you to select a value to populate a table field, or search for a record
based on a field; is that what you mean?
Also, how do you create user ID's
and passwords to get into Access? thanks

Depends on the version. A2007 has removed workgroup security, and does not
allow you to create user IDs or passwords. For earlier versions download the
Microsoft Access 2000 Security FAQ:

Print it out. Read it CAREFULLY. Get a good night's sleep. Read it again, even
more carefully! Follow the instructions step by step, checking them off on the
printout. Security is complicated, and easy to do wrong!

Just the simplest version will do. Customer will click that arrow and get a
list of items to populate that box in forms or tables.

Create a Form based on your table; use the Toolbox and select the Combo Box
wizard. Follow the instructions.
