Creating Emails Newsletters in Publisher

I am fairly new to this project. I am creating a newsletter from a template.
I am filling in the text for the various boxes. I want to work with the
"Click Here" option and am having difficulty. Where would I look in Help to
assist with extending text through the Click Here?

You cannot. That is proprietary programming that cannot be customised or
added to by users.
