creating filters using project 2000

I am attempting to create filters and am not able to get
all of the parts of the filter to function properly.
Here's a look at what I have, tell me where went wrong.
The filter should be designed to print all of the tasks
for Text1 that are due from Monday 5/17 to Friday 5/21
and that are less than 100% complete.


Finish Is less than or equal to "Enter Next Friday's
Date:"?
AND
%Complete Does not equal 100%
AND
Text1 contains "Enter Resource Name"?

Copied it exactly and it works for me.
Could you have a Upshift problem? Or a date format?
What exactly doesn't work?
