Creating Forms in Excel

I was wondering if someone could explain how to use
excel's forms and form controls. If you create a form in
excel using check boxes, combo and list boxes, and option
groups,can you have the data that is completed on the
form automaticallly entered into an excel spreadsheet
used as a database. Would you use the Template Wizard
with Data tracking addin. If so, would you enter the
cells linked to your form controls as the cells you want
the template to copy to the database. I'm just trying to
figure out using forms in excel and would appreciate any
help, ie: websites that would explain creating forms
using form controls and data tracking.
