Creating horizontal columns/subdividing page horizontally

I would like to create 3 equal columns on a letter-size
portrait sheet horizontally. I was thinking I could
either do it using columns, or by subdividing the page
into 3 sections from top to bottom. I can't seem to find
a way to do this. Please tell me how I need to set up my
page in order to have 3 equal parts. I will be cutting
these for bill stuffers, and don't want to have to
manually measure the sections. Thanks, Cheryl T.

There's no such thing as horizontal columns, but you could accomplish this
with a table.

Too bad. Maybe this should be developed. I'm an old
wordperfect user. I could do this in Wordperfect several
versions ago.
