Creating html-tags in a form

Hi,

is there a form-control (like the rich text control) that would convert
bold, underlined etc. basic stuff into html (<b>, or <p class= or <div
class= etc).

I'm sure there should be something like this, but i can't figure out
which keyword i should feed google...
