I am using Frontpage 2003 and I am creating a website that has 5 pages that
need to link to each other. Can someone tell me how this is done?

I am a little unclear by what you mean by "link to each other"

Do you mean each page links to the next
i.e
page 1 links to page 2
page 2 links to page 3
page 3 links to page 4
page 4 links to page 5
page 5 links to ????

Or do you mean that each page has a link to all the others
i.e.
Page 1 links to pages 1,2,3,4,5
Page 2 links to pages 1,2,3,4,5
Page 3 links to pages 1,2,3,4,5
Page 4 links to pages 1,2,3,4,5
Page 5 links to pages 1,2,3,4,5

Is the latter, then this is not a problem
On *each* page, put links such as this
<a href="index.html" target="_self" title="Home Page">Home Page</a>
<a href="page2.html" target="_self" title="Page 2">Page 2</a>
<a href="page3.html" target="_self" title="Page 3">Page 3</a>
<a href="page4.html" target="_self" title="Page 4">Page 4</a>
<a href="page5.html" target="_self" title="Page 5">Page 5</a>

I actually put mine in a side panel with some pretty logos (well pretty is matter of judgement) - see my site.
Because the code is all the same, you can use an include to do this.

When you click on one of these links, the current page is replaced by the new page.

You'd need to put a link to each of the five pages on each page.

Page 1 would have links to 2, 3,4 5
Page 2 would have links to 1, 3,4 5

If you omit the link to the current page being displayed (as above) you miss
the one for the current page, otherwise put a link to the five pages on
each.
