Creating Interactive PP Presentation

[PP Maniac]

I am trying to create an interactive PP presentation where
people viewing a show at a kiosk can enter their
information to be added to a mailing list!! I don't know
how to use Visual Basic other than creating a UserForm,
which I have done, but now I am stuck. I need this info
ASAP!! Thanks to anyone who can help me.
