I am using a notebook computer and would like to create a shortcut key for
the British pound symbol (the keystroke is alt-0163). I would like to assign
it to alt+L. With the notebook, the numlock needs to be on for it to work.
Therefore, would like to create a shortcut, or possible create a button on
the toolbar.
Any help would be appreciated.
