creating label - missing address

I am creating a label and the address is missing. I have checked the fields
and it is located in there, but it does not show up when I create label.
Please can someone give me detailed instructions so that I may print the
labels? Many Thanks

if you are using the Report method in Access (rather than merge from Word) -
first double check that your underlying query/table has the record(s) with
the correct information....then double check your field list in the report
design view
