Creating Labels - Next Record not automatic on second page

I have attempted to create a mail merge for labels from both Excel and
Access. I have followed the steps in Office and online to a T and keep
having the same problem. The first sheet of labels appears correctly with
Person A, B, C across the top. When you preview the second page of labels it
starts with Person B from the first page, third page starts with Person C
from the first page, so on and so on until the end.

What is going on? I don't want duplicates of each person, let alone tens of
them.

Jessica,
I am only getting one page of labels from my excel sheet. Any idea what I
am doing wrong not to get the rest of the data??

I found the answer to my question and it may apply to yours as well. The
last step you have to "Edit Individual Labels" and say OK. It is only at
this point that Word actually completes the merge and you can see all the
pages and a completed document. You must complete either a print or edit to
see the complete merge.
