We are trying to create a customer service database where we can create a log
and then if we click on the customers name a seperate screen will pop up with
information that we have filled out on a templete (Kind of how Quickbooks
works) that will have the customer issue and our resolution. Is there anyway
in Excel to do this? If not does anyone have a suggestion on another program
where this may work?
