Creating multiple records based on a field value

I am trying to import old ticketing data into a new system. 2000 thru 2004
had all of the seat information but 1994 thru 1999 did not. I have a table
that has number of seats purchased by each patron and I would like to assign
them individual seat numbers for each play performed so that I may import it
and report on that information in the same way that we report on the most
recent five years. Does anyone have any suggestions?
