CREATING NEW OR ADDING ICON SETS FOR CONDITIONAL FORMATTING

Hi,
i am wondering if it is possible to add or modify icon sets in conditional
formating. Basically, i want '2 rimmed traffic lights", (red\yellow), as an
option in the conditional formatting drop down.
