Creating new watermarks

How do I create new text watermarks and have them automatically formatted
and save them to my watermark gallery? Such as the word "sold" and then auto
formatted so I can find it in the watermark gallery when ever I want to use
it.

In the Page Layout tab, use Watermark - Custom Watermark, Text Watermark,
type SOLD into the Text: slot, and click Apply.

In the Insert tab, click Header, Edit Header, and click on the SOLD word so
that it's selected.

In the Insert tab, click Quick Parts, Save selection to Quick Parts gallery.

In the Create New Building Block dialog, type SOLD as the Name:. Set the
Gallery to Watermarks. Set Category: as desired, and leave Options: as
Insert content only.

SOLD should now show up in the watermark gallery.
