Creating Newsletter "Jump To"/"Jump From" Entries

I have struggled in how to create the "Jump From" and "Jump To" entries when linking multiple text boxes in a newsletter
I am using Word 97

Any suggestions?

Perhaps if you explained what 'jump from' and 'jump to' entries are ... ?
Nothing to do with bungee-jumping, presumably.

It's a loathsome practice (it's an admission that you couldn't get the
layout right); but anyway, the technique is to define bookmarks for the
ranges you want to refer to, then use PageRef fields.

Sure, in the Newsletter templates, you'll notice at the end of one section
(of a mulit-text box) article, there are text strings that say "Jump to Page
X" or "Continued from Page Y". I've noticed you have to enter a seperate
text box for these items, just dont know how to get Word to automatically
get the page #.
