Creating off-line folders

I have looked in MS knowledgebase on how to setup an
offline folder (contacts & inbox) for one of my laptop
users. Outlook 2000 on laptop; NT4.0 Exchange 5.5 server.
Also, need to know how to sync offline. I found only one
article (197651) which was somewhat helpful. If anyone
has a procedure or MS Article on "CREATING" offline
folders, please cough it up for me.
