Creating or linking one combo list from another

I'm still very much in the novice stage of Access, so forgive the
stupidity and termanology of this question:

I'm creating a database for my wine collection. One of the fields in
the input form I've created is "Country Of Origin", and under that is
"Region." In this form, I've created a combo list for the Country Of
Origin, but right now I'm typing in the regions manually for each new
record. I'd like to make the form so that, for example, if in the
form I choose "Italy" as the country, I would get a specific set of
"Region" options (e.g., Tuscany, Puglia, Naples, Sardinia, etc.).
This probably means a separate table of regions for each country, yes?

If someone could explain in language designed for a novice user (or
point me to the right termanology that I can look up in the Help
index), I'd be very grateful.
