creating organizational charts with excel

when an org chart is created with an excel spreadsheet and that spreadsheet
is updated, is there a way to update the org chart using the spreadsheet
again?

I have an Excel workbook with 11 pages that I want/need to make an Org cht
workbook out of in Visio 2003. Each page represents a section in the dept I
work in. the number of people in each sectio ranges from 5 to 25. is there a
way to do this? I am new to Visio and have purchased a MS post pub book as
