We would like to do the following and not sure if it's possible? When we
schedule a meeting we use the resources field to schedule the conference room
(which has its own individual mailbox on Exchange), we would like it to
automatically pop up a form or send them an e-mail so the invitee can fill
out the following info: how would you like the room to be set up, how many is
coming, what is needed, etc.
