Creating pdf without datestamp

I've tried a number of .pdf creators and printers, but they all create .pdf
files of .ppt slide handouts with the date. How can I turn off the
automatice date and page number function?

You need to read the documentation that comes with that .pdf creating
software.

You need to modify the Handout Master and remove the date and page number
there. How you accomplish this depends on the version of PowerPoint you are
using.
