creating photo album in publisher 2003

Hi,

I am trying to create a photo album in Publisher 2003. On chossing the
Catalog Merge option and adding the dat source, I can see the all the
records on using the navigation buttons, but after I merge, only the
first record is visible and I cannot see the other records. There is no
button also that acts as navigation button. How do I view all my
records?

I would appreciate it if someone can help me.
