Creating Project Center views with filters

I need to know how to make a view filtering a text field. When creating a
view I only can filter with an Oultline Code.

You can't. In Project Center views, you are limited to filtering only on
outline codes. Sorry.

Can I copy an Enterprise Text field into an Outline Code and then filter?

You cannot use a Formula in an outline code. A better approach, I think,
would simply be to use an outline code instead of a text field. Just a
thought. Hope this helps.
