Creating Rules for Multiple Email Accounts

I am sure this is pretty easy to do, however, I am pretty clueless about how
to go about this.

I currently have two email accounts, and I would like to set it up so that I
am able to have my secondary accounts messages moved into a specified folder
under my Inbox. However, I am not sure how to set this up in the rules
wizard.

Any help would be of great service.

I am using Outlook 2003
