Creating rules from message

Hello All

Sorry to cross post, but I'm not sure which of these two newsgroups is the
right one.

I'm not as familiar with Outlook (especially on a Mac) as with Outlook
Express... so here goes:

Is there a way with (Mac) Outlook, as with OE, to create a message rule from
a message. I tried opening a message, but unlike with OE, I don't see any
option to "create rule from message," and I am thus forced to enter
everything manually. I didn't see any in the help files. Maybe I missed it.
