creating sales order forms in excel

i'm an agent for a clothing comapny, we have 200 units in our collection. i'd like to create a form that i can post online. the form should allow users to pick a style, then automatially the price and description will show up in the two colums next to it. then if they put a quantity in and it should compute into a totals colum. how can i do this, it'll save my life. thanks, alex.
