Creating Security Checklist

I am trying to create a security checklist for e-mail clients, especially
for Outlook.

Does anyone has any ideas what should be included in that list??

I am trying to create a list to assess the security standard within several
companys.

Therefore I need to look at several settings like attachment blocking or
policy settings.

What I would like to know is the opinion of you guys! What should be
assessed during such a check and better what might the security risk by
misconfiguring these settings.

Here a short example:
Atachmentblocking is turned of --> potential maliscous code can be executed
directly --> high risk
