Creating slides automatically

I need to create a powerpoint presentation consisting of
150 images - 1 image per slide.

Is there a quick way I can import these 150 images and
create the 150 slides automatically, as opposed to
creating new slide, importing picture, repeatedly?

In some versions of PowerPoint, you can simply create a photo album and it
will do just this. In others you may need to get an add-in.

If you are using PowerPoint 2002, you are in luck.

Insert/ Picture/ New Photo Album and follow the prompts.
