Creating Spreadsheets for others to fill in

I am creating a spreadsheet for other people to fill in on a daily basis. Am
I able to "anchor" a formula so that no one can accidentally delete it?

you can also look into what a "template" is and how it works once you have
that spreadhseet layout and formulas with the protection.
