Creating Tasks

I am using Outlook 2003. Why is it that when I create a task via a flag in
Onenote 2007, sometimes it creates a link back to Onenote in Outlook and
sometimes it doesn't.

I created tasks by using the pre-set flags in Onenote.

When you say pre-set flags do you mean what I mentioned in my post? Is it
the Flags on the toolbar that says "Flags" or the toolbar that says "Follow
up"?

I'm using button on the toolber that says "follow-up"

That should sync directly with Outlook.
