I want all messages received and sent to an organisation (from a number of
different people) to go into its own folder. I.e. one rule that diverts all
mail (server side received and sent from me) with a specified string in the
address to this folder. I want to do this for about 15 folders - and growing.
How do I do this efficiently?
Once in the rule dialog box, it seems impossible to switch to a message box
to cut and paste part of an address. Also it seems impossible to copy a rule
from one created using the wizard (which seems to work only on the client
side) to drop it into the server side and sent rule boxes. Is it me or is
Microsoft cack-handed?
