Currently working with Outlook 2000 and 2003 at various workstations.
Admin Calendar has permission (editor) to several other calendars (referred
herein as Calendar's 1, 2, 3, & 4).
Need:
Admin needs to be able to see, add, delete and change content of Calendar's
1,2,etc.
Admin needs to be able to set views in Calendars
Admin needs to be able to export Calendar to excel workbook
Question:
How can this be accomplished from the Admin workstation?
Is it possible to have Calendar's 1, 2, 3, etc. export to one workbook,
splitting the exports into seperate sheets for each calendar being imported?
Will the export overwrite the workbook on each export action? Is it
possible to export and create addendum to previously exported information?
Query:
What is the optimal permission level that Admin should be granted to the
various calendars to accomplish the tasks?
