Hello everybody,

I need a help! Trying to create a very simple view that will contains
major milestones from several projects, and the following fields:
Finish, Finish1, Deadline.

Tried different cubes and configuration list but didnt see such
fields.
Your help is appreciated!

None of the fourteen OLAP cubes contain the fields you seek, so you cannot
use a Data Analysis view for this purpose. An alternate approach would be
to create a master project containing each of the projects as subprojects,
and then to save and publish the master project. Once done, you can then
create a custom Project Details view with the fields you want to see, and
include a Filter in the View that shows Milestones only. Your executives
can then navigate to the Project Center page and click the name of the
master project to open the Project Details page for the project. They can
then expand each of the subprojects and apply the View you just created.
Hope this helps.

Dale,

Is there any way to do this so that it pulls out the fields from each sub
project and displays them when you apply the view once you have clicked on
the master?

So what I was hoping to get would be:

Master
Inserted Project
Tasked filtered on
Tasked filtered on
Task filtered on
Inserted Project
Task filtered on
Task filtered on
etc.

With out having to open up each sub project individually?

Remember it is Christmas time. :)

Thanks!
