Creating views of customized folders and filters programmatically

Hi,

I am writing an application in which i need to create a customised
mail folder, which will sort the incoming mails of my company as and
when the user receives it. The problem is that i don't want to go to
each and every machine and configure this manually, but want to create
a setup/exe, which will create this customized folder for me along
with the necessary filters i.e. grouping of mails according to the
filters.

Any help on this will be appreciated.
