Creating Word document that can be toggled through.

I have an Application I want to make that will be sent to
hundreds of individuals each month. I want the ability to
toggle (with the Tab key) to the blank space and pass over
the written text so I can enter information like, Business
Name, Address, Phone Number, SSN, etc... Will Word allow
me to create a document like this, or is there another
program that will let me do this?

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
