creation of combinations

Try 3 helper columns on the right. Assuming original data in 6 columns, A:F

in G2: =A2
in H2: =C2&D2
in I2: =F2&G2

and copy down.

Then you perhaps need to sort on the columns on the right.

assuming that your example should read 10000700000 for new cc&gl

and that the divisions column is in A column

in G2 enter =A2
in H2 enter =C2&D2
in I2 enter =E2&F2
and extend it down....(highlight these three cells move the mouse pointer
over the
right hand bottom corner, when the mouse pointer changes to a + sign, left
click hold and drag down

When you are ready to remove the old columns....
Highlight the new area and do an edit copy paste special "values" , to
change the formulas to values.
Then delete the old columns.

Divisions Old BA Old CC OLD GL No. New BA
NEW CC New GL
XYZ 123 1000 37000
500B 10000 700000
ABC 235 2000 47500
600C 20008 800000
DEF 370 2500 50000
700D 26007 905250

runs to about 600 lines in each column

From the above i need to get all combinations like:

Divisions OLD CC & GL NEW CC & GL
XYZ 100037000 1000700000

Can anyone advise pls

Thanks

Pls note that each CC will have to combine with ever Gl number. not just wht
is on the row line. Each CC willcombine with every Gl element
